CAF Red Tail Squadron RISE ABOVE Mobile Theater and P51-C Mustang Aircraft at FXE

Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE) is hosting the CAF Red Tail Squadron's RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit and the twice restored Red Tail P-51C Mustang Tuskegee Airmen aircraft March 20-24, 2019 to offer a unique opportunity for the young and the young-at-heart to not only learn about, but experience the inspiring story of the Tuskegee Airmen (aka Red Tails). The Exhibit will be open to the public, at no charge, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily at FXE, located at 2020 Executive Airport Way, Fort Lauderdale.
Executive Airport is also hosting Tuskegee Airmen pilot Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) George E. Hardy, who will be on site at the Exhibit Thursday, March 21 from noon to 3 p.m. and Friday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lieutenant Colonel Hardy will also speak about his experiences as a Tuskegee Airman at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23 during the annual Aviation Safety Expo at FXE. Now in his mid-90s, Lieutenant Colonel Hardy, is the youngest of the 13 known living Red Tail combat pilots.
