Innovative Pilot Projects
One of the major advantages to working through climate challenges as a region is that we can significantly reduce the amount of time and money it takes to implement climate adaptation strategies by testing new materials, methods and strategies, and then sharing the results. The purpose of a pilot is to document implementation steps, catalogue lessons learned, and then share improved plans, budgets and sample support materials with other municipalities.
