Bike BrowardBIKEBroward

This is an innovative Internet-based bicycle route planning tool that allows you to enter your start and end locations and receive turn-by-turn directions. The various layers of the map show you where bicycle facilities, transit stops, pedestrian paths and other features along your route. You can choose how strenuous you want your ride to be. The technology was funded by the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), is a joint effort by Florida International University GIS Center and University of Florida Geomatics Program at Fort Lauderdale Research and Education Center. Guidance was also provided by the Broward County Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee and various cyclists and transportation professionals. Best of all, it's free!
