Following the recent adoption of BrowardNEXT, Broward County staff are now moving forward to update the Broward County Land Development Code. In particular, they will be reviewing regulations for platting, which may affect developers, municipalities, and others involved in the development process in the county.
To get the public's input, Broward County is holding a workshop on updating its Land Development Code.
The county welcomes ideas to improve regulatory functions and processes. In preparation, all interested parties are invited to complete a short survey which will help the county better focus the discussion at the workshop. The survey is at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LHG5M3Q
