The Broward County Waterway Cleanup, organized by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, is the county’s largest and longest-running environmental event. In 2022, more than 1,100 volunteers of all ages by land and 300 boats/personal watercraft volunteered throughout 35 sites across Broward County to remove 25 tons of trash and debris from our inland waterways.
This year’s Cleanup will be on Saturday, March 4th, 2023, starting at 9 a.m. You do not need a boat to participate! Choose from more than 30 sites across Broward County to volunteer at and help clean our community and waterways! Register today at https://waterwaycleanup.org/registration.
