The Florida Department of Transportation is hosting a public meeting to discuss the A1A Improvements Project scheduled to begin on Monday, July 27, 2015. This $9.3 million project, which will be completed by summer 2017, will span from Oakland Park Boulevard to Flamingo Avenue along A1A in Fort Lauderdale.

The public meeting will be conducted in an "open house" informal format. There will not be a formal presentation. Project plans will be on display and staff will be available to discuss the construction, answer questions and address individual concerns.
