Sec. 47-32.1. - Purpose.
The purpose of the historic preservation board is to implement the city's historic preservation
regulations which promote the cultural, economic, educational and general welfare of the people of the
city and of the public generally through the preservation and protection of historically or architecturally
worthy structures.
